Refund policy

Cyan and Stone offers free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Return/Exchange Process: 

1. Please visit our Return/Exchange Portal

2. Type in your order number exactly as shown (with the pound symbol) and email address

3. Select the item you wish to return or exchange

4. Provide a reason for the return or exchange

5. Select the free return label and submit. This will prompt you to print the label to attach to the packaging

Exchanges

Items that have been unused, unwashed, tagged items within 30 days can be exchanged. Depending on item availability, we will be able to complete a full exchange. 

Returns

You can return or exchange any unused, unwashed, tagged items within 30 days for a full refund.
